Welcome to Sebo Pacific, the #PUTOKBATOK hole-in-the-wall restaurant nestled within the quaint Justinville village in Bacoor, Cavite. This unconventional dining spot, born from a converted garage, boasts an intimate ambiance and delectable cuisine that will leave you craving for more. As of September 2023, please note that Sebo Pacific has relocated to a new address, the RBT Building, Aguinaldo Highway, Bacoor, Cavite, bringing its unique charm even closer to you.

The Name and Ambiance

Sebo Pacific, a name cleverly inspired by a well-known airline, Cebu Pacific, might leave you wondering about its connection to the grunge vibe and skull-themed wall decor inside. Should they have embraced a more airline-centric concept or perhaps a fusion of both? It's a thought worth pondering. Sebo Pacific, we're here with a creative suggestion – explore these ideas and give us a shout-out if you decide to take inspiration from them!

Opening Hours and Reservations

Sebo Pacific opens its doors as early as 6 a.m. and stays welcoming until 2 a.m. on most days. Due to its immense popularity, especially on weekends, it's advisable to make a reservation in advance. Our first attempt to visit on a Sunday without a reservation left us in a long queue, prompting us to seek an alternative. On our second visit, we wisely called ahead on a Saturday, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

The Culinary Delights

During my initial visit, I had the pleasure of savoring their Sizzling Bulalo (P140), a crowd favorite. Although it wasn't what I initially anticipated, the tender meat of the bone marrow and the delectable white gravy coating the sizzling meat and veggies won me over. It's a dish perfect for sharing among two.

Since Crispy Dinuguan wasn't available on my first visit, we opted for the BBQ Ribs (P120). While it wasn't my personal favorite, it was generously portioned and perfect for sharing.

On my second visit, I finally had the chance to relish the Crispy Dinuguan (P90), which was visually appealing. While the crispy pork belly was delightful, the chicharon-like skin was slightly tough. The abundance of ginger was noteworthy, and the serving size easily satisfied two hungry appetites.

My brother ordered the Burger Steak (P90), and the serving staff weren't kidding when they said it was sizeable. The thick patty sizzled with white gravy made it a delightful choice for two diners.

Refreshing Sips

To quench our thirst, we opted for a pitcher of orange juice (P30), which comfortably served 3-4 individuals. Considering that a single glass is priced at P10, the pitcher is a budget-friendly choice.

Final Thoughts and Future Excitement

I left Sebo Pacific with a full stomach, a positive impression of their service, and a strong belief in their value for money. I'm looking forward to their forthcoming menu as they settle into their new location. With the holiday season approaching, it's a strategic move for them to move to a larger space to accommodate more patrons.
