#JACKIEATS | Stregato Gelateria at Balanga, Bataan
With giant cones of gelato that will capture your eyes and lure you into going inside the shop to the sweet smell of the italian ice cream lingering inside and to the cute interiors, round tables and ice cream cone chairs. It really is capturing my attention and my friends so we agreed to try. Cutesy facade made out of giant gelato on cones. Honestly, I don't expect to see a place like this just across the public market of Bataan. Well, you could not really judge a book by its location.
Located just a minute away from the public market of Balanga, Bataan was this cute dessert place named STRATEGATO GELATERIA. Stregato is an Italian word for "bewitched" which I learn to know as a curious cat myself won't just sit back and read not knowing what you're reading.
At first I didn't expect to find one dessert shop that looks so posh around a public market, but to my surprise the market place and the stores around were neat and the surrounding was okay and doesn't have foul smell in the area unlike what you usually see in Manila --unpleasant smell, full of garbages and muddy floors(eww, I'm maarte like that haha). Well, good job Balanga, Bataan.
Mouthwatering. Too many flavors too choose from but agreed on two flavors, which was hazelnut and pistachio.
Hazelnut and pistachio was both creamy and each has embodied the taste of hazelnut and pistachio.
Warm, homey and chill place to stay alone read a book or chat with friends.
If your from Bataan you better check this out or a traveller who'll you in Bataan you need to find this one.
